Platform Admin
Platform Admin pages manage the infrastructure that sits above individual tenants: multi-tenant administration and license management. These pages are accessible only to platform administrators (Admin role).
Platform Admin pages are separate from tenant-level Settings. Settings apply within a tenant; Platform Admin applies across the entire Inspire installation.

Who Can Access Platform Admin
Only users with the Admin role can access Platform Admin pages. The Admin role is the highest privilege level in Inspire and is typically held by the system administrator who installed the software.
Tenant-level administrators (TenantAdmin role) manage their own tenant’s users, groups, and settings but cannot access Platform Admin.
