Media Library

The Media Library is Inspire’s centralised asset manager. Upload images, videos, and fonts, organise them in folders, and use them across all your content.

Uploading Media

Drag and drop

Drag files from your computer directly onto the Media Library page. Multiple files can be uploaded simultaneously.

Upload button

Click Upload and browse for files. Select one or more files to upload.

  • Rename or delete folders from the context menu

Fonts

Custom fonts

Upload font files (TTF, OTF, WOFF, WOFF2) to make them available in the Designer. Uploaded fonts appear in the font picker alongside system fonts.

Google Fonts

Inspire includes access to the full Google Fonts library. To use a Google Font:

  1. Open the font picker in the Designer
  2. Click the Google Fonts tab
  3. Search for a font by name
  4. Select it — the font is downloaded and cached automatically

Google Fonts are cached locally after first use. Display devices do not need internet access to render previously used Google Fonts.

  • Video elements — Select a video file from the library
  • Background images — Set scene or element backgrounds from library assets
